Pantone, a corporation headquartered in New Jersey, of all places, has been charged with creating, naming, and announcing each season's signature color. This year's? None other than the super sunny Tangerine Tango.



Past colors include Turquoise, Violet Tulip, and last year's Honeysuckle. This year's bright red-orange has been popping up everywhere. From home decor, to make up, to of course, New York Fashion Week. Let's take a look at some tangy examples shall we?

Color blocking hit the fan as an inescapable trend last year and it doesn't seem to be going anywhere. With such a bold color like tangerine, take pointers from Charlotte Ronson, Tommy Hilfiger, Peter Som, and Darek Lam (from L-R) and go big or go home.
