I started this blog without the least bit of a clue of what I was doing (still don't, really, but that's the joy of it). I've always loved to remember things, whether it be through photos, film, writing, or storytelling, so I figured why not archive loves of mine online and share them with other like-minded people?

Because that's what I do, tell stories that is. I'm a film student at the University of Texas as well as a theatre director, event planner, and cooper. I love my life and all of the people in it.

I live in a big, shabby, old house with 19 other people where I bake, drink wine, clean the kitchen, swing on the front porch, and live with an adopted family of fellow travelers, students, armchair philosophers, gypsies, and scientists. We're quite a colorful bunch and I love them all dearly.

I spend my days running to production meetings, filming, figuring out how to produce plays on shoe-string budgets, and studying for exams.

When I have the time to take a breather I love to nap outside on our hammock, peruse thrift stores, doodle, and spend too much money at my favorite coffee shops.

Saturday afternoons you can find me in my kitchen baking things for my housemates, barefoot, and listening to bluegrass music. It's where I'm happiest. Until then, follow me here, and I think we'll have a grand old time.
